Newsletter Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you sign up for the RoszigIT newsletter.

2. What data we collect when you sign up for the newsletter
The sign-up form asks for one thing: your email address. Along with it, at the moment the form is submitted, we record:
- the content and timing of your consent — the fact that the checkbox was checked, as well as the date and time (UTC) of sign-up,
- the IP address from which the sign-up was submitted,
- the language of the site (pl / en),
- the place of sign-up — the section of the site and the variant of the form the sign-up came from (e.g. “blog,” “inline”),
- confirmation status — whether you clicked the link in the confirmation email.

4. How sign-up works (double opt-in)
- You submit the form with consent checked.
- Mailchimp sends you an email with a confirmation link.
- Until you click the link, you will not receive the newsletter from us. Unconfirmed sign-ups remain inactive.
5. Changes to this policy
If we change the scope of data collected, the purpose of processing, or our providers, we will update this page and change the date at the top. For changes significant to subscribers, we will inform you in the newsletter itself. New content does not apply retroactively — if a change would require new consent, we will request it separately.
